The NcSTAR Compact Blue Laser sports a quick release rail mount that allow it to be easily attached to to any pistol or firearm with a picatinny rail. Powered by a single CR123A battery, this laser sight projects a bright blue laser beam. With a brightness between that of a red and green laser beam, the blue is a good compromise between brightness, power and battery life. Users can easily pick out the beam in daylight or low-light situations without straining their vision. Blue lasers will not fail as easily as other laser units in cold environments. They also have an approximately 30 hour battery life.
